Vietnam Visa Requirements, Application, And Fees

  • The validity of the original passport must have 6 months from the starting date of the journey. If they contain old passports, they also submitting as well. All pages of the passport have to be photocopied and notarized.

  • Original leave letter from the employer sanctioning or approving the applicant leave. This has to be given on the company’s letterhead with an authorized signature.
  • If you are an employee, you will also contain proof of the company’s certificate. This could be either Shop ACT or MOA etc.
  • If you are retired then show the proper proof of retirement.
  • If the applicant is a student then he or she will show a copy of NOC(No objection certificate) or the bonafide letter from the respective college or school.
  • You will contain a copy of itinerary or return flight tickets.
  • Containing copy of other financial documents also like mutual funds, property papers, shares, FD(Fixed Deposits), etc.
  • Children who are below 18 years should also be given a notarized or no objection certificate from any authorize journey to Vietnam. In this NOC has to be attached to their parent’s passports.
  • If the children are traveling or staying with their non relatives, then the person date of birth, full name and nationality have also submitted.

    Step 1: Firstly you register on the government Vietnam website. You will also check what type of visa you will need for your website.

    15. Children traveling or staying with non-relatives provide the nationality, full name and the date of birth of the person who will be traveling with. In this, declaration of support is signed by the person who is responsible for that child in Vietnam.
